Frequently asked questions about our accommodation
Which accommodation suits us?
For families with children, Ardenne 4 to 6, Taos 3 to 6 and the safari tents work best. With a dog we recommend the step-free chalets Ardenne 1 and 12. If you like it simple, take a pod or a tent pitch.
Which accommodation is step-free?
Ardenne 1 and Ardenne 12 are accessible for guests with reduced mobility. A metal staircase leads up to the Taos and Emotion chalets.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes. Free of charge on campervan and tent pitches, in a chalet at 3 € per night plus a one-off cleaning fee of 10 €. The Ardenne chalets suit dogs best. Please let us know in advance.
Is there Wi-Fi on the campsite?
Yes, free Wi-Fi across the whole campsite.
When can I check in?
Chalet: 3 pm to 4 pm, check-out by 10 am. Pitch: 12 noon to 4 pm, check-out by 12 noon. If you arrive later you will get a key safe.
Can I arrive without a booking?
With a campervan, caravan or tent, in the great majority of cases yes. For a chalet a booking is recommended, and in high season and on public holidays it is necessary.
